The Black Veil

The Black Veil was originally written by White Wolf for the roleplaying game Vampire: The Masquerade. Father Sebastiaan took it and turned it into something that the Vampyre Community could use as a set of guidelines and principles. He is a successful writer of many non-fiction novels about Vampyrism and definitely someone that I look up to. He is the owner of the Social Community called "The Sanguinarium," for Vampyres. He has also written "Vampyre: The Sanguinomicon", a book that I would suggest for anyone who identifies as a Vampyre. He is also a fangsmith and even used to work as a dental assistant!

I would recommend any of these books. He has also worked closely with another writer that I love named Michelle Belanger. She has written several novels and is my number one favorite advocate of the Vampyre Community. She is the creator of House Kheperu. They also have a website:

If you don't think that you can adhere to these Spiritual Principles and guidelines, than the House of Royal Blood may not actually be the best place for you. We believe that we are ALL equal in the eyes of the Lord and that it is wrong to just take energy from people without asking them first.
